Thank you for looking at my portfolio. I would happily review any sample in more detail if you have any questions. I've done my best to demonstrate various training projects and give you a glimpse of what I can do with the limitations of keeping clients confidential. Note: I do keep older samples of training for personal reasons. I like to see the evolution of training from what it was to what it is today.

GSA Training In this training video, I briefly explain the purpose of the training and walk you through the difficulty of this course. This course was developed using Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC Suite, SnagIt, Camtasia, stock art, Office 360, and other design tools. It also involved additional video creation and voice actors. This course had been completed, but HR missed an issue with it, so it had to be returned to the external video creators for additional editing. Revising

Storm Response Training This project features interactive training content created using Photoshop, Storyline, Camtasia, Polly, Illustrator, and animation software. The training includes basic branching, JavaScript functionality, and custom animations to enhance engagement. It is not a complete course but demonstrates my animation, custom scripting, and graphic design skills. Click the image to view design samples, script notes, animations, and branching logic.

Health Training In this training video, I briefly explain the purpose of the training and walk you through one of the modules. This course was developed using Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC Suite, stock art, Audacity, Office 360, and other design tools. 

Food Preservation Training This project includes video content, a training script, and instructor-led training materials focused on food preservation techniques. I developed, scripted, edited, and currently manage the course content using a range of tools, including: Graphic resources, Camtasia, Audacity, Office 360, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. Mailpiece Design Training This material was designed for instructor-led in-house training and extended to our customers (including handouts). This training was created with Adobe CC Suite, SnagIt, Camtasia, Office 360, and other design tools. I authored the document with help from an SME and created most of the artwork.

High Bill Training In this video, I explain how I created the High Bill training and insight into how I develop training. This training was designed using Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Amazon Polly, Office 360, SnagIt, Camtasia, and other tools. I authored most of the content, worked with SMEs, and created the training and all the artwork except the stock art.

Water Storage Training This project includes video content, a training script, and instructor-led training materials focused on emergency water storage best practices. I developed, scripted, edited, and continue to manage the course content using Camtasia, Audacity, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. POInTs Training This is a sample page of an 800-topic knowledge body created using Robohelp, Adobe CC Suite, SnagIt, Camtasia, Office 360, and other design tools. This training had to cover self-paced online learning, printed documentation, and in-classroom training and serve as a searchable help file. Robohelp served as the source to help achieve this goal. I co-authored over half the documents and developed the entire project, including layout, graphics, etc.

CC&B Simulation Training For this training, I explain in a video how I created over 250 learning topics using UPK, Adobe CC Suite, SnagIt, Camtasia, Office 360, and other design tools. This training is available online and can also be printed out for instructor-led training. OUC used UPK because it is an Oracle product. I was responsible for the structure, several topics, and all the development of the topics.

Machinery & Equipment Training For this training, I explain in the video how I created 10 modules in this training series. These modules were created with Articulate 360, Adobe CC Suite, SnagIt, Camtasia, Office 360, and other design tools. I developed everything in this training series, co-authored some of the topics working with SMEs, and used stock art and customer-supplied art for the rest. There is also custom JavaScript in this training.

Infra/Manager Approval Training In this training video, I briefly explain the purpose of the training and walk you through one of the modules. This course was developed using Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC Suite, stock art, Audacity, Office 360, and other design tools. I also had the opportunity to design landing pages for several training tracks.

Return to Office Training In this training video, I briefly explain the purpose of the training and walk you through this multi-language training. This course was developed using Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC Suite, stock art, Office 360, and other design tools. 

Coupa Training In this training video, I briefly explain the purpose of the training and walk you through the part of the course. This course was developed using Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC Suite, SnagIt, Camtasia, stock art, Office 360, and other design tools. 

Presort 101: An interactive PDF designed for onboarding and new customer training. Co-authored with subject matter experts (SMEs), this resource was developed using Office 360, Snagit, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools. It was made available on the company intranet and distributed across 37 sites nationwide.

Electric Safety: A microlearning video developed as part of OSHA compliance training. Created using Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Snagit, Office 360, and other instructional design tools to enhance engagement and retention.

Lock Out Tag Out: A microlearning video developed for OSHA training, focusing on workplace safety procedures. Created using Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Snagit, Office 360, and other design tools to ensure compliance and learner engagement.

Blood-borne Pathogen Safety: A microlearning video developed as part of OSHA-mandated training. Leveraged Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Snagit, Office 360, and additional tools to create an interactive, informative learning experience.

InfoSec Security Fundamentals: An interactive training module designed to educate employees on essential information security principles, including data protection, threat awareness, and best practices for safeguarding company assets. Developed using Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate, Snagit, Office 360, and other design tools to create an engaging and effective learning experience.

Presorter Best Practice Training Guide This training guide was part of six modules created for the main six positions for PB. I co-authored the document with SMEs and used Office 360, Snagit, Adobe CC Suite, and other design tools to create it. The guide included checklists, job aids, and everything the employee needed to complete their job. It was used across 37 sites.

This video intro was developed as a mandatory storm recovery course completely online, over 1000 employees participated. Created using Vyond, Polly, and Office 360.
